Lead Pastor
Prior to becoming the lead pastor of Well of Hope in April 2023, Pastor Joe was Associate Pastor at Connecting Pointe Church of the Nazarene in Goochland, VA. He joined the U.S. Navy out of high school and served for 10 years. After that, he spent 20 years as a Control Room Operator for power plants in Colorado and Virginia. Joe and Jennifer have been married 15 years. Pastor Joe holds a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Pastoral Leadership from Nazarene Bible College.
