When Jesus went to eat at Levi's house the Pharisees asked why he ate with tax collectors and sinners. The Pharisees believed if you gave a "clean" meal to an unclean person, the meal became unclean because the person was unclean. They created a system called Bourgeios Spirituality. But Jesus came to be benevolent; and when we reject "dirty" people we reject the grace of God. So, are you going to be bougie or benevolent?
