The Joy of the Lord Is Your Strength
Nehemiah 8:10; Luke 2:10-11

It's not dependent on perfect circumstances, ideal health, or abundant resources. The joy of the Lord is our strength precisely because it comes from Him, not from us. As you celebrate this Advent season, let joy flood your heart not because everything is perfect, but because Emmanuel—God with us—has come. He entered our brokenness to make us whole. He descended to lift us up. Your joy isn't found in gifts given or received, but in the Gift of all gifts: Jesus Christ, who ensures heaven won't be complete without you.
