Jireh - The God Who Provides

Psalm 23; Philippians 4:10-20; Matthew 6:25-34
Jireh means "He provides," and throughout Scripture, God has never failed His people. When Moses stood before Pharaoh, when Noah built the ark, when Elijah confronted false prophets—God provided everything needed for obedience. Yet we often hesitate to follow God's commands because we cannot see how He will provide. We calculate our resources, measure our abilities, and conclude that obedience is impossible. But faith doesn't require us to see the provision before we obey; it requires us to trust the Provider. God will never call you where His grace cannot keep you, sustain you, and equip you. His Word does not return empty but accomplishes exactly what He purposes. Are you withholding obedience because you cannot see the provision? Remember, the will of God will never take you where the grace of God cannot sustain you.
