The Mathematics of Grace

2 Corinthians 9:6-8
God's economy operates on different mathematics than the world's. When we sow sparingly, we reap sparingly—not because God withholds, but because we limit our own capacity to receive His blessings. The farmer who hoards seed ends with more seed than harvest. God invites us into a counterintuitive cycle: He supplies, we give, others are blessed, and He supplies more—not for comfort, but for continued calling. This isn't prosperity theology promising material wealth; it's a promise of multiplied joy and peace. When we give cheerfully from the heart, we release "feel-good chemicals" that science confirms, but more importantly, we release the fragrance of Christ into a broken world. Today, ask God to show you where you're hoarding seed that should be scattered.
