Permanence and Commitment

Philippians 2:12-16; Hebrews 12:1-2

Real faith, like a real tattoo, costs something. It requires permanence and commitment, not just temporary enthusiasm. Jesus calls us to a deeper obedience that flows from transformed hearts. This happens through humility (considering others above ourselves), gratitude (making obedience our worship), integrity (being who God called us to be when no one's watching), and hope (trusting God will complete His work in us). The world is searching for something real—people who walk the talk, churches that offer relationship over rules. As you move forward, don't settle for religion that's only skin-deep. Let Christ mark you permanently with His love, righteousness, and truth. Be a person shaped by grace, committed to God's ways, and dependent on His mercy.
