Standing on Unshakable Promises
Jonah 2:1-10
Jonah prayed from the belly of the whale, "I shall look again upon your holy temple," even when his circumstances seemed impossible. He chose praise before deliverance. How often do we wait for our situation to change before we worship? God's promises are not dependent on our circumstances. He has promised to never leave or forsake you, to go before you, and to fight your battles. Like Jonah, we must declare God's faithfulness before we see the breakthrough. Your faith is not measured by perfect conditions but by unwavering trust when everything looks hopeless. What promise of God do you need to stand on today, regardless of what you see?
