Pentecost Power and Daily Faithfulness

Acts 2:1-21; Galatians 5:16-25

Pentecost wasn't just about power—it was about people becoming one. The Holy Spirit didn't come to divide the church but to unite believers across every barrier. Yet Peter, filled with that same Spirit, still got caught slipping in Antioch. Being filled with the Spirit isn't a once-and-done experience; it's a daily walk of faithfulness. We can sing passionately on Sunday yet separate ourselves from others on Monday. We can celebrate the Spirit in worship yet resist His work in our relationships. The Spirit empowers us not just to praise but to live transformed—to love across lines, welcome without fear, and stand without wavering. Today, don't just ask God to fill you with power; ask Him to fill you with faithfulness. Where has fear, preference, or pride caused you to withdraw from people grace has already welcomed?
