The Father Who Runs
Luke 15:11-32
He came home smelling like a pig pen. There was no cleaned-up version of his return, no rehearsed speech that actually landed the way he intended. He arrived broken, humiliated, and desperate. And his father, who had been watching the road every single morning, saw him from a great distance and did something no dignified man of that era would do: he pulled up his robe and he ran. Grace does not wait for you to get yourself together. Grace does not require you to arrive presentable. The arms that opened for that returning son are the same arms that are open for you today, right now, exactly as you are.

Practical Application: If there is an area of your life where shame has kept you at a distance from God, take one step toward home today. That step might be an honest prayer, a conversation with a trusted believer, or simply acknowledging that you have been away.
